Adfin8 Refund Policy

Introduction

This Refund Policy outlines the terms under which Adfin8 Private Limited ("Adfin8") may offer refunds for its Digital Out-of-Home (DOOH) and programmatic advertising services.

By using Adfin8's services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to the terms of this Refund Policy.

1. General Policy

Advertising campaigns booked and confirmed through Adfin8 are considered final and non-refundable, except in cases explicitly mentioned below.

As Adfin8 deals with digital media placements and time-bound campaigns, once a campaign has been scheduled, executed, or gone live, no refunds or cancellations can be processed.

2. Eligibility for Refunds

Refunds may be issued only under the following conditions:

Service Failure by Adfin8:

  • If Adfin8 fails to deliver the agreed-upon ad campaign due to internal technical errors or operational failures not caused by the user.
  • Refund amount, if applicable, will be determined based on the undelivered portion of the campaign.

Duplicate Payment:

  • If a user is accidentally charged twice for the same transaction, Adfin8 will refund the duplicate amount after verification.

Campaign Cancellation Before Activation:

  • If a user requests cancellation before the campaign is approved or activated, a partial refund may be processed after deducting administrative and processing charges.

3. Non-Refundable Situations

No refunds will be issued under the following circumstances:

  • The campaign has already started or been delivered (partially or fully).
  • The user provides incorrect or non-compliant ad creative files.
  • The campaign is paused, delayed, or removed due to violations of Adfin8's content policies or applicable laws.
  • Poor campaign performance resulting from audience behavior or external market factors.
  • Force majeure events (natural disasters, strikes, power outages, etc.) affecting display networks.

4. Refund Request Procedure

To request a refund, users must:

  • Submit a written request to billing@adfin8.com within 7 business days of the issue.
  • Include the following details:
    • Registered company name
    • Campaign ID or invoice number
    • Date of payment
    • Reason for refund request

Refund requests will be reviewed by Adfin8's finance and operations teams. Users will be notified of approval, rejection, or partial refund within 10–15 business days.

5. Refund Mode & Timeline

Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method (credit card, bank transfer, or digital payment) within 10–15 business days of confirmation.

Processing times may vary depending on the payment provider or bank.

Adfin8 is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment gateways or banking institutions.

6. Adjustment or Credit Note Option

Instead of a monetary refund, Adfin8 may issue a credit note of equivalent value, which users can utilize for future campaigns within 6 months of issuance.

This option is available only upon mutual agreement between the user and Adfin8.

7. Dispute Resolution

Any dispute or disagreement regarding refunds will be resolved in accordance with Adfin8's Terms and Conditions.

All disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Hyderabad, Telangana, India.

8. Policy Updates

Adfin8 reserves the right to modify or update this Refund Policy at any time.

All updates will be published on the official website. Continued use of our services after policy updates will constitute acceptance of the revised terms.
